With over a decade of experience in data analytics and most recently, business intelligence and artificial intelligence, Kevin has held notable positions such as Director of Business Intelligence for a consulting firm in Southern California. There, he led innovative data solutions and automation strategies, enhancing operational efficiency and profitability. His expertise in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau, has driven strategic decision-making through data storytelling and actionable insights.

Kevin's career includes impactful roles at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, where he optimized In-Flight Entertainment systems and as well as for a packaging company, where he managed Salesforce CRM integrations and created data visualizations to boost profitability. Early in his career at Farfetch, an online fashion retailer, he improved customer service protocols and enhanced customer engagement by conducting training sessions for groups of customer service agents on how to best tailor their approach to customers from different cultures and backgrounds around the world. His vision has always been one where technology could enhance the way people interact with one another and foster greater understanding of each other's differences.

Fluent in French and English, Kevin holds a BS in Network Engineering and Telecommunications from the University Institute of Technology in Béziers, France, specializing in Cybersecurity and Cloud Systems Development. His technical skills span data processing, AI, automation, and project management.

Witnessing the rapid rise of AI and automation, Kevin founded the Voice for Change Foundation to advocate for ethical AI and job preservation. Kevin is now collaborating with Erin Bogdanski, a published psychotherapist and CEO of Thera VR Inc., a groundbreaking virtual reality telehealth platform for treating pediatric mental health targeting children, adolescents, and young adults. Erin's recent publication, "The Effects of Virtual Reality Telemedicine With Pediatric Patients Diagnosed With Posttraumatic Stress Disorder: Exploratory Research Method Case Report," demonstrates the efficacy of VR in improving mental health outcomes in children. Kevin is contributing as the lead data analyst and a stakeholder in the initiative, helping to drive the project forward as Thera VR seeks to bring this innovative solution to clinics, emergency departments, and homes across the United States.
